Description of problem:

[ceph-dashboard] SSO signout error " 500 Internal server error"  is seen when using Python SAML v 1.8.0-1 pkg

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

[root@magna014 ubuntu]# rpm -qa | grep ansible*
ceph-ansible-4.0.16-1.el7.noarch
ansible-2.8.10-1.el7ae.noarch
[root@magna014 ubuntu]# cat /etc/redhat-release 
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.7 (Maipo)
[root@magna014 ubuntu]# 



Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deployed a ceph 4.1 cluster with rhel 7.7
2. dashboard deployed successfully.
3. Configure keycloak server and add SSO user credentials
4. Install Python SAML pkg and other dependencies from dashboard node
5. Enable SSO from CEPH CLI
6. Enter the dashboard URL http://magna014.ceph.redhat.com:8443 , we should be navigated to the keycloak page, and prompted for credentials. 
7. Upon successful login to dashboard, click on signout to exit.


Actual results:
Sigout throws "500 Internal Server error"


Expected results:
We should be able to signout successfully.
