VM create in CNV is not visible

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create VM in CNV
2.Connect CNV with RHV
3.check vms in rhv

Actual results:
VM not visible in RHV

Expected results:
cnv vm shoudl be visible here

vm created in ocp is shortly after visible also from rhevm with provider
