Description of problem:
Adding cnv provider to rhv with existing vm failed

How reproducible:
100

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create vm in cnv  
2. add cnv provider to rhv
3. 

Actual results:
adding provider failed

Expected results:
adding provider should succeded
