Description of problem:
Refresh page in browser after creating an attribute uniqueness. 
Created entry exists but is not visible any more (tested in Firefox and Chrome).

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On the 'Plugins' tab click on 'Attribute Uniqueness'
2. Click on 'Add config' and create a custom attribute uniqueness (e.g. for telephonenumber)
3. Refresh page in browser 

Actual results:
Created attribute uniqueness entry is not visible in webUI.

Expected results:
Created attribute uniqueness entry should be visible.
