<title> is not set on $HOST/foreman_inventory_upload/index - browser displays raw URL instead. Should be "Red Hat Inventory Uploads" or something like that.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Install plugin
2. In Satellite, open RH Cloud -> Inventory Upload
3. Look for page title in browser


I tested that on version 1.0.4 (for Satellite 6.7), haven't checked other versions.
