 The issue saving the bind dn was a copy and past3e error.  The UI was accidentally setting the bind password not the bind dn.

Build Tested:

cockpit-389-ds-1.4.2.12-1.module+el8dsrv+6328+f04d7471.noarch

Steps:

1) Click on the replication tab and enable replication.
2) Create a replication agreement by clicking on Replication Agreements.
3) Fill all the correct details in the agreement form and click on SAVE.
4) After creation of agreement, click on action and select edit agreement.
5) Try to edit the BindDN field.

An end-user is able to edit the BindDN name successfully.

Marking it VERIFIED.
