Description Paul Dufresne 2020-03-27 20:23:55 UTC
Description of problem:
The Python packaging guidelines forbids the use of /usr/bin/env python as a shebang line:
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/Python/

It seems to be use by almost all or all the Python files in PySolFC.
