Description of problem: The Suricata package includes a tool called suricata-update that depends on PyYAML. While the package lists this as a BuildRequires, it should also be listed as a Requires. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Suricata 4.1.x, Suricata 5.0.x packages across epel7, epel8, f30, f31, f32. How reproducible: Every time Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install Suricata package 2. Run: suricata-update
