reason seems to be missing include of container_options_facts.yml in systemd.yaml in ceph-osd role.

Hi, 

Working fine for RHCEPH. (tried using ceph-ansible-4.0.22-1.el7cp.noarch)
Please Let us know if we can move this BZ to verified state.
