Description Ryan Howe 2020-04-01 23:55:48 UTC
Description of problem:

Fluentd with its default 64GB buffer limit can fill up the nodes storage causing the node to go down.

Right now the limit is set to the default "total_limit_size (default 64GB)" which can fill up a filesystem if the space is not there and ElasticSearch is down.

https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RFE-221

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

OCP 4.x

Expected results:

Buffer to be set or configurable so that node root storage is not impacted.
