Tomáš, please send PRs. If it doesn't build, we can debug it together.

Two notes:

 - there is pypy3 and pypy package, we update both
 - this should be reverted (if possible) https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/pypy3/c/64a5625b90ea9129c1a509ef184c67c97b5699ae?branch=master
