(In reply to ricky.tigg from comment #1) > Created attachment 1676833 [details] > File: backtrace I think /run/gnome-initial-setup/.cache/ibus was created by old ibus version. Once you would delete /run/gnome-initial-setup/.cache, the current version can create the directory with the right permission.

Similar problem has been detected: I haven't noticed any issues, only the 'oops' message which appeared shortly after I logged in. I just installed the system, didn't make any software updates yet reporter: libreport-2.12.0 backtrace_rating: 4 cgroup: 0::/user.slice/user-1000.slice/user/gnome-shell-wayland.service cmdline: ibus-daemon --panel disable crash_function: bus_server_init executable: /usr/bin/ibus-daemon journald_cursor: s=e228a20022cc410e8c8b02a682d02885;i=3af1;b=dc0856be3f17474fbf3642d49525c725;m=3247d45;t=5b0644dee4d80;x=31facec44d4c41db kernel: 5.6.6-300.fc32.x86_64 package: ibus-1.5.22-4.fc32 reason: ibus-daemon killed by SIGTRAP rootdir: / runlevel: N 5 type: CCpp uid: 1000

Similar problem has been detected: I just installed the system, Fedora 32. Didn't make any software updates. Was trying to set up cryptab/fstab with btrfs subvolumes for my home dir and the tmp dir. reporter: libreport-2.12.0 backtrace_rating: 4 cgroup: 0::/user.slice/user-979.slice/user/gnome-shell-wayland.service cmdline: ibus-daemon --panel disable -r crash_function: bus_server_init executable: /usr/bin/ibus-daemon journald_cursor: s=aee60c44709a49268aa351e563e1420e;i=9b7;b=ce6977dab79741fb8aef919b04bd32ce;m=6cbdf59;t=5b06090c7775e;x=6dd5fa0c9a5253b3 kernel: 5.6.6-300.fc32.x86_64 package: ibus-1.5.22-4.fc32 reason: ibus-daemon killed by SIGTRAP rootdir: / runlevel: N 5 type: CCpp uid: 979
