Since we upgrade to 4.4, we have not hit the bug.

Current version
oc --context build01 get clusterversion
NAME      VERSION   AVAILABLE   PROGRESSING   SINCE   STATUS
version   4.4.3     True        False         2d5h    Cluster version is 4.4.3
