The currently relied-on fork of this theme (https://github.com/NicoHood/arc-theme, or https://github.com/arc-design/arc-theme as the URL is since a month or two ago) is no longer maintained and hasn't seen an update since September 2019. There is a different fork that is much more up-to-date and that is still actively developed/maintained: https://github.com/jnsh/arc-theme. I think it's time to switch to it in order to keep this theme alive. That fork does currently not have any version tags (they're coming once the theme can be built in a stable fashion for GNOME 3.36, which should be within a month or two I'd think), but that shouldn't be an issue.
