This container image is already in kolla and built in tripleo/RDO. It can be be used to run tripleo commands from within the container image. Use case is to use this container image instead of a dedicated under cloud for running some commands. The image name would end up being rhosp-rhel8/openstack-tripleoclient:17.0 from the Red Hat registry. This would be to support OpenStack on OpenShift work. openstack-tripleoclient-container is present in the advisory and ready to ship with RHOSP 17.0 GA. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
