Description of problem: The nfft-dev library currently in EPEL contains one library, libnfft3.so I was recently installing some scientific software that wanted libnfft3_threads.so. I notice that the Debian package has 6 libraries: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libnfft3.so /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libnfft3_threads.so /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libnfft3f.so /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libnfft3f_threads.so /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libnfft3l.so /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libnfft3l_threads.so That's 3 precisions and with and without --enable-openmp. It would be nice to at least have _threads, even nicer to have all 3 precisions. You can find the debian configuration by unpacking http://deb.debian.org/debian/pool/main/n/nfft/nfft_3.3.2-2.debian.tar.xz and looking at the "rules" file.
