Doc Text:	A Grafana Ceph 4.1 dependency causes Ceph dashboard bugs. The Ceph dashboard requires Ceph 4.1 and a Grafana container based on ceph4-rhel8. Presently, Red Hat supports ceph3-rhel7.3. This discrepancy causes the following dashboard bugs: * When you navigate to Pools > Overall Performance, Grafana returns the following error: + ---- TypeError: l.c[t.type] is undefined true ---- * When you view a pool's performance details (Pools > select a pool from the list > Performance Details) the Grafana bar is displayed along with other graphs and values, but it should not be there. Description of problem:

Ceph 4.1 requires a grafana container based on ceph4-rhel8. 
The current version is registry.redhat.io/rhceph/rhceph-3-dashboard-rhel7:3.
and the new version will be not availble until May.

Don't see changes mentioned in https://code.engineering.redhat.com/gerrit/#/c/197071/2/container-images/overcloud_containers.yaml in a fresh passed_phase1 deployment

Regarding [2], the openstack-tripleo-common versions are not the same, here is what i have on my deployment

openstack-tripleo-common-11.3.3-0.20200403044648.56c0fd5.el8ost.noarch
