On the Tally-side, we need to utilize the mappings reported by the Satellite report:

facts->'satellite'->>'virtual_host_uuid' contains the subscription manager ID of the hypervisor for a given guest (same as facts->'rhsm'->>'VM_HOST_UUID')

The behaviour was fixed in the latest version of the inventory plugin: https://access.redhat.com/errata/product/250/ver=6.7/rhel---7/x86_64/RHBA-2020:2422

Update Satellite to 6.7.1 will fix the issue.
