Description of problem: New version of the desktop-icons extension was released. It brings fixes for compatibility with GNOME Shell 3.36 and resolves other issues. It would be great if Fedora 32 could ship this new version instead of the old 19.10.2 one that has issues when running on GNOME Shell 3.36. Uh, sorry, i missed this report because of tons other rhbz bugs and forgot to setup Anitya for this package. The problem that it still won't work on Fedora, even updated package. Other users reporting this as well. It's just one day suddenly stopped work on Fedora and still. Need to report **again** upstream i suppose.
Also users reported that only this extension work for them https://gitlab.com/rastersoft/desktop-icons-ng
