Description of problem:

The image registry collects timings for every namespace/name. That's generates a lot of metrics that hard to aggregate.

Actual results:

imageregistry_request_duration_seconds_count has labels like name="ci-op-2lfrwvnw/stable"

Expected results:

Metrics for all repos are aggregated on the registry side.
