Description of problem:
Recent olm changes made the logging schemas invalid.  This is a regression in OLM that will be addressed but the logging team needs to be able to move forward so this bug is to fix the schemas so they pass the new validation rules.

I can deploy CLO and EO successfully with the latest code, so move this bug to VERIFIED.
