Description of problem:
Due to an update in common-templates which OS names were changed and as a result there are numerous duplicate OS names at the operating-systems dropdown in the new VM wizard.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the new VM wizard ( create virtual machine > new with wizard )
2. Scroll down to the operating systems dropdown and open it.
3. There are many options with the same value

Actual results:
There are many options with the same value

Expected results:
there should be no duplicates

Verified that no duplicates are being displayed
