Long condition message

See screenshot. On rare occasions, condition messages can be very long. The console conditions table doesn't handle this well.

Checked on OCP 4.5 cluster with payload 4.5.0-0.nightly-2020-04-26-203839. 
Install operator in project, check conditions on details page, when message is longer then 10 lines, it will be truncated at 10 lines with "..." end.
