Really what has happened is that the database developers have not updated the content or assigned a beat writer to do the updates. Thanks for the report, a beat writer has included new content: http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Docs/Beats/DatabaseServers Since the Wiki is the source that outputs to the XML used to build the release notes, the Wiki is the canonical location to change.
