Section Number and Name: 
Installing the local operator from UI and from CLI

Describe the issue: 
On the "From UI" section there are repeated steps.
On the "From CLI" there is a typo in the files example.

Suggestions for improvement: 
On the first issue,  maybe delete all section 2, since it is the same as section 1.

On the second issue remove the curly brackets for the "channel:", and change to <channel_version>

There is also no need to include "kind: Namespace" on the file when in the beginning of the document the first step is to create the project.

Additional information: 
Might be good to add a second node for the files when doing from the CLI, explaining the "installPlanApproval"
