create event source form when onlycontainer source is present

Description of problem:
When there is just one source present or one with create access then that event source should be picked by default and event source type section should not be rendered

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.5.0-0.ci-2020-04-17-015018

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Provision a user with create access for only one event source
2.Go to +Add page
3.Select Event Source

Actual results:
One event source is shown in the type section

Expected results:
type section should not be rendered
