Description of problem:
When a user clicks 'Delete Virtual Machine' action in either kebab menu or action dropdown in detail page, ther is no confirmation required.

For Virtual Machine Templates and Virtual Machine Instances, the confirmation modal is displayed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a VM
2. Delete the VM either using the Kebab menu or action dropdown in detail view
3.

Expected results:
Confirmation should be required for Delete action
