Description of problem:
Export VM to a data domain with illegal disks succeeded when is should fail.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine-4.4.0-0.33.master.el8ev.noarch
vdsm-4.40.13-1.el8ev.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create VM with disk
2.On engine run:
/usr/share/ovirt-engine/dbscripts/engine-psql.sh -c "SELECT * from images; UPDATE images SET imagestatus='4' where imagestatus='1';"
(this will change all 'OK' disks status into 'ILLEGAL')
3. Try to export the VM to data domain

Actual results:
Operation succeeded 

Expected results:
Operation should fail.

Hi Evelina,

is this issue blocking multiple testcases or just this specific flow?
In case it's just this specific flow, it's a regular bug, not a TestBlocker.

Just this specific flow, removing 'TestBlocker'.

This bug is in modified state and targeting 4.4.2. Can this be re-targeted to 4.4.1?

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.4.1 release, published on July 8th 2020.

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in oVirt 4.4.1 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
