Hi, thanks for the pointers here. If that's ok with you I'll take over the upstream review and make it start from master, see the new review attached here. I'll add Brent as CC to cross check this. If the master review looks good for everybody I'll prepare the upstream backport to queen. That will certainly mean that we need to backport https://review.opendev.org/#/q/I8c116aba50cc7f1cb7cd3fd32cf8aec868e074ec to queen as well. One question though, do you think this is a blocker for z12, or are you fine with workaround review and z13 delivery ?
We have refactored ovs upstream on for master -> train and took care of not having this issue. In rocky/stein we don't do the ovs workaround for update. So we end up with that queens only change that should do the trick.
