Describe the issue: 

In multiple sections, it is mentioned "Execute the following command to register new glusterblock provisioner template, see Templates." which links to https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openshift_container_storage/3.11/html-single/deployment_guide/index#Templates1 

However, those templates are more often than not outdated and not in sync with the templates we ship with Ansible ( https://github.com/openshift/openshift-ansible/tree/release-3.11/roles/openshift_storage_glusterfs/files )

To add to the confusion, in https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openshift_container_storage/3.11/html-single/deployment_guide/index#upgrade_gluster_block_provisioner_pod we reference the Templatest that come with Ansible, and not the appendix.

Suggestions for improvement: 

Always reference to the Templates shipped via Ansible.
