Description of problem:

pylint fails to install on Fedora Rawhide.

Problem: package pylint-2.4.4-3.fc32.noarch requires python3-pylint = 2.4.4-3.fc32, but none of the providers can be installed
- conflicting requests
- nothing provides (python3.8dist(astroid) < 2.4 with python3.8dist(astroid) >= 2.3) needed by python3-pylint-2.4.4-3.fc32.noarch

This happened after a recent update of python-asteroid to version 2.4.0.
