Hi,

Please build ngircd for EPEL 8.

steps :-

Install Fedora 32.
Install mock in Fedora.

as mockbuild user

$ yumdownloader --source ngircd
and
$ mock -r epel-8-x86_64 rebuild ngircd-25-4.fc32.src.rpm

builds without any errors.

Hmm, I would really like it if someone else could pick up supporting ngircd in EPEL as I no longer run it myself.  Any takers?
