Description of problem:
When you select resources on the Search page, each resource list is loaded with the resource-specific filters. This is a usability issue as the page becomes overloaded with too many filter bars.

How reproducible:
Every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the Search page and select Pods (for example)


Actual results:
The list is loaded with Pod-specific filters

Expected results:
We should hide resource-specific filters

Additional info:
Users can use the page-wide toolbar to filter on any of the lists. As such, the resource-specific filters only add confusion to the page as well as take up large amounts of vertical space that is unnecessary.
