Description Igor Raits 2020-05-03 09:47:59 UTC
Hello,

Your package (python-neurosynth) Fails To Install in Fedora 33:

---
can't install python3-neurosynth-0.3.8-1.fc33.noarch:
  - package python3-neurosynth-0.3.8-1.fc33.noarch requires python3.8dist(biopython), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package python3-neurosynth-0.3.8-1.fc33.noarch requires python3dist(biopython), but none of the providers can be installed
  - package python3-biopython-1.76-3.fc33.x86_64 requires mysql-connector-python3, but none of the providers can be installed
  - nothing provides python3.8dist(protobuf) = 3.11.2 needed by mysql-connector-python3-8.0.19-3.fc32.noarch
---

According to a policy for FTBFS/FTI bugs (https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/Fails_to_build_from_source_Fails_to_install/), your package may be orphaned in 8+ weeks if you won't reply to this bug.

Thanks!

Just blocked by biopython. Once that is fixed, this will be OK too.

Hello,

Please note that this comment was generated automatically. If you feel that this output has mistakes, please contact me via email (ignatenkobrain).

All subpackages of a package agaisnt which this bug was filled are installable now in Fedora 33.

Thanks for taking care of it!
