I see python3-networkx-core used to be provided by python3-networkx, but not anymore. In any case, python3-networkx is already a requirement, so I'll just remove the other one.

We actually had a fix merged in the distgit [1], but there was no build. I've fixed that with https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=44079870
