Description Igor Raits 2020-05-03 09:48:21 UTC
Hello,

Your package (python-yara) Fails To Install in Fedora 33:

---
can't install python3-yara-3.11.0-3.fc32.x86_64:
  - nothing provides libyara.so.3()(64bit) needed by python3-yara-3.11.0-3.fc32.x86_64
---

According to a policy for FTBFS/FTI bugs (https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/Fails_to_build_from_source_Fails_to_install/), your package may be orphaned in 8+ weeks if you won't reply to this bug.

Thanks!

Thanks - it is fixed in a rawhide while ago. Release 4.0.0 of yara was having some issues to build python-yara module.
It was fixed with 4.0.1. Now we have 4.0.2.
Michal
