I added a mapping in Anitya (https://release-monitoring.org/project/13609/) per https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Upstream_release_monitoring, but I’m unsure if anything needs to be updated in https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/racket/ as referenced in the wiki.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 33 development cycle.
Changing version to 33.
