Hello, This is the first reminder (step 3 from https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/Fails_to_build_from_source_Fails_to_install/#_package_removal_for_long_standing_ftbfs_and_fti_bugs).
I've e-mailed upstream asking if there are any plans to update to gstreamer-1.0. Otherwise, I fear this will be retired/orphaned. Dmitry, are you actively maintaining this package?
Nope, not interested in it. And it seems that upstream is not active.
OK, sounds good. Could you please orphan it then so it'll get retired? I don't know if the FTI process requires the needinfo flag to remain set, and since you are the main-admin, only you can orphan it---the "give project" option does not appear for me. I've removed the neuro-sig from the package also now. https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Orphaned_package_that_need_new_maintainers#Orphaning_Procedure
This package has changed maintainer in the Fedora. Reassigning to the new maintainer of this component.
Hello, This is the second reminder (step 4 from https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/Fails_to_build_from_source_Fails_to_install/#_package_removal_for_long_standing_ftbfs_and_fti_bugs). If you know about this problem and are planning on fixing it, please acknowledge so by setting the bug status to ASSIGNED. If you don't have time to maintain this package, consider orphaning it, so maintainers of dependent packages realize the problem.
This package has been orphaned. You can pick it up at https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/zypper by clicking button "Take". If nobody picks it up, it will be retired and removed from a distribution.

Automation has figured out the package is retired in rawhide. If you like it to be unretired, please open a ticket at https://pagure.io/releng/new_issue?template=package_unretirement
