We are currently using CentOS 7 and the pam_mount package from EPEL 7. We would like pam_mount to be included in EPEL 8 so we can upgrade to CentOS 8.

We are in the same situation. We got approx. 150 machines running on CentOS 7 and using pam_mount for homedir. An upgrade to CentOS 8 under these circumstances. A switch to AutoFS would not be easy.

I use it also on F32 with no problems.
