Are you still able to reproduce your backtrace?

Seems gdk_x_error() was called with BadWindow from GdkX11Display.
I need to know how you reproduce the X error to understand your problem.

I am no longer using Fedora. Closing it because otherwise I will get frustrating emails every day.
