Description of problem: Currently EPEL 8 repository doesn't include the python-astropy package. It would be very useful if that package is included in the EPEL 8 repository. I guess that at this point only the python3 variant makes sense.

Getting closer, though it looks like we will need to stick with 3.2.3 due 4.0 requiring numpy >= 1.16 and EL8 only having 1.14.3.
That's great. 3.2.3 is still perfectly fine.
