The OVN Neutron driver and OVN core projects recently added support for SR-IOV. The code has been merged and backported to OSP 16.1 and can be found on the latest composes.

We now need to document the feature in OSP. I believe the docs team can leverage the upstream documentation at https://docs.openstack.org/neutron/latest/admin/ovn/sriov.html for its official documentation,
