The following tests are failing consistently:

[build-cop] failing consistently test Basic StatefulSet functionality  tests failing on vsphere upi.
Adding this update here as previous bug related to this test has been marked duplicate of this bug.

After [1] has been merged the issue is resolved. PVC Protection jobs are now successfully running on vsphere beginning with [2]. Closing this BZ as a duplicate to BZ1835438.
