Description of problem:
We need to identify the maintenance release in /etc/rhosp-release like:

$ cat /etc/rhosp-release
Red Hat OpenStack Platform release 13.0.12 (Queens)
Comment 11 errata-xmlrpc 2020-06-24 11:41:26 UTC
