Describe the issue: 

The matrix for which platforms are supported are

1. not consistent across the two official doc sites
2. do not list any kind of "restricted" or "disconnected" install support for OCP on OSP for wither IPI or UPI

Suggestions for improvement: 

On-premises restricted support is a huge advantage of OCP on OSP and it's essential we offer clarity about this support.

The first part of mismatch between the portal and DOC docs was fixed. For the second part, this BZ is also tracking the work required for making updates to these docs for the OSP IPI and UPI installation in restricted networks.
