Pavel, this is also issue in F32. You'll need to fix that there too.
ASSIGNED to have this not reopened, per irc chat with Igor today. I dropped the sub-package from rawhide, and it doesn't make sense to waste our cycles because the particular sub-package was probably never installed.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 33 development cycle. Changing version to 33.
