Description of problem:

The sosreport returns timeout for rabbitmq plugin always on Openstack Controller nodes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Openstack Env with rabbitmq run sosreport

Actual results:

Sosreport is generated but the plugin gets timeout

Expected results:

Should collect plugin logs.
