Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests): OCS 4.3 Admin Guide mentions "Expanding PVCs is not supported for PVCs backed by OpenShift Container Storage 4.2" in notes in chapters 5 and 5.2. Should say "... 4.3" instead.
