Description of problem:
Event Source creation flows should provide a application group name if none is there in selected namespace.

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a project with no application groups 
2. Go to Event Source Page
3. Notice that no application group name is provided

Actual results:
Application group name is not auto filled

Expected results:
Application group name should be auto filled
