Description of problem:
Reapply does not remove old IPv6 default gateway

NetworkManager does not remove
old IPv6 default gateway.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add host to RHV over a static IPv6 address
2. Change ovirtmgmt's gateway
3. Change ovirtmgmt's gateway back to origin

Actual results:
2. Change applied on the host, network is in sync, but NM doesn't removed the old IPv6 gateway
3. Change applied on the host, network is out-of-sync in the engine

Expected results:
NM manager should remove old IPV6 gateway and network should be in sync

The nmstate work around suggested in BZ 1920059 is tested and verified on:

Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in oVirt 4.4.6 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
